You can request a refund for any non-used gift cards, for any reason. Maybe your PC doesn't meet the hardware requirements; maybe you bought a gift card by mistake.

It doesn't matter. Our team will, upon request via https://forum.playmir4.com/index.php?/forum/16-payment-issues/, issue a refund for any reason, if the request is made within 7 days of the purchase and if the gift card was not used (or its credits were not used). There are more details below, but even if you fall outside of the refund rules we’ve described, you can ask for a refund anyway and we’ll take a look.

You will be issued a full refund of your purchase within a week of approval. You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If, for any reason, our team is unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, you need to choose one of the payment methods offered by the agent who sold your gift card.

Where Refunds Apply

Our refund offer, within 7 days of purchase, non-used gift cards or credits, and with less than two hours of playtime, applies to gift cards only, not Game Store purchases.


If you have been banned our anti-cheat system, you lose the right to refund your credits.


We comply with EU and Brazilian law requirements by offering refunds within 7 days for unused cards/credits.


Refunds are designed to remove the risk from purchasing credits on Awakening 4—not as a way to get free credits or products. If it appears to us that you are abusing refunds, we may stop offering them to you.
