What problem does your suggestion seek to solve? The displayed enhanced rate on itens is broken. Proof? Spam +1 on reputation itens for the codex, it will fail ! How is supposed to fail if the chance is 100%?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, after grinding a lot of codex itens (100+) i can say that +6 and +7 enhance rates are closer to 35% and 25% respectively. No way +6 is 45%. Please update the rate to be exactly what is or buff the rate to be exactly what is displayed.
